The Powerpuff Girls cereal (2000) was based upon the popular animated series featuring from left to right: Buttercup (green), Blossom (pink), and Bubbles (blue). A professor who combined Sugar, Spice, Everything Nice, and Chemical X created the Power Puff Girls. They fight bad guys, including a monkey named Mojo Jojo, to save the day for Townsville. Their super powers include the ability to fly. This crisp cereal, basically a "rice krispies meets pop rocks", featured "power-packed clusters that fizz in your mouth". |

Kellogg's brought out Atlantis cereal in 2001 as a tie-in to Disney's animated movie "Atlantis". Milo is a young museum scholar who wears oversized glasses. He leads a crew of assistants in a submarine trip to find the lost city of Atlantis. |

Buzz Lightyear got his own "naturally sweetened multi-grain cereal" in 2002 following his exploits in the Disney hit movies "Toy Story" and "Toy Story 2". The primary ingredients are: corn and oat flour, sugar, and graham pieces. Commercial note: "Not a Flying Cereal". Buzz Blasts lasted only one year on the market. It was replaced by "Mud and Bugs". |

Mr. Scoop Head served up chunks of real freeze-dried [strawberry, vanilla, or orange] ice cream in this short-lived two-year (1964-1965) frosted oat loops cereal. He was a cone dressed in a Friendly's-style ice cream server outfit. The other main ingredients included corn flour, sugar, and wheat flour. "Hey, kids, have you heard the news? The whole, wide world is screamin' it! Kellogg's has taken a nourishing cereal and put --- real ice cream in it!" |

The animated Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and a small ghoul, appeared on boxes of Scooby-Doo cereal beginning in the Summer of 2002. This Shaggy-less box appeared in late 2003/early 2004. The cereal itself is a crispy, sweetened multi-grain (primarily corn flour) bone-shaped cereal with marshmallow bit shapes including the Mystery Machine and a skull. In late 2004 and 2005, Scooby soloed again on boxes of Berry Bones, a berry-flavored puffed corn ball and bone-shaped cereal. |
